Saffrons Restaurant cuisine concept is three fold, encompassing the finest Indian traditional dishes, whilst apopting modern European cooking techniques, promoting a healthy approach to food in Jersey and the constant research of quality ingredients to fulfil the ultimate nutritional benefits.

Modern techniques including molecular cuisine are used to enhance and retain the properties of the ingredients used. In the research of enhancing the wellness of our cuisine, we aim to use the best ingredients from sustainable sources and changing menus seasonally to maximise local provenance & flavours.

The overall experience is one that delivers a unique modern cuisine, often compared to the best Michelin Star, which delivers flavoursome food whilst promoting a sense of wellbeing by balancing our ethnic life with the food we eat, based on the therapeutic benefits of specific food and spices.
